After a very busy and exciting first half of 2010 -and a very lazy one regarding updating my site- you can find a brand new september 2010 Mix on the Mixes section.

I will be on tour in the US during late september and in EUROPE in the second half of october, so dont hesitate to ask for open dates!!

Jay was long overdue for his focus debut and did not dissapoint us! He brought the heat like a focus veteran, keeping the crowd goin all night til the lights came on. It was funky, techy and soulful in all the right places. We’ve got a feeling his one’s going to quickly become a live at focus favorite.

“Watching You” is a groovy bass-heavy builder with hypnotic rhythm and synths, an amazing peak hour tool that keeps a deep and soulful vibe, the beautiful voice of Alex suits perfectly in the equation…
On remix duty comes Spanish star producer Daniel Kyo (from Plastic City, I Records, Composite, Pack Up & Dance) who reworks the track into a deep trippy version, a great option for the euro deep-tech fans…
Harold Heath (Plastic City, Urban Torque, Deepology) also strikes with a version that keeps some of the original’s flow while adding a new bassline and some cool synth action with also a dub mix for those who don’t want vocals in their sets…This remix is one of his best works!
Closing the package comes Liberate’s boss Doc Link from Chicago who makes a dirty interpretation of the song adding clever stabs and a deep chicago vibe to it, also playing with an infectious acid bassline…
